2012-13 Test Records in Student Centered Staging

OAKS Online test records for Mathematics, Reading, Science, and Social Sciences will be loaded into Student Centered Staging beginning November 8, 2012. Thereafter, the OAKS Online records will typically be available in Staging two days after the student completes a test.

REMINDER: All student SSID records must be updated in Consolidated Collections prior to OAKS testing. Note: the following fields are read-only in Staging:

EthnicCd (Race/Ethnicity Code)
MigrntEdFg (Migrant Education Program Flag)
IndEdFg (Indian Education Program Flag)
SpEdFg (Special Education Program Flag)

Individual Student Reports (ISRs), Class Rosters and Class Summary reports will also be available in the Secure Assessment Reports 2.0 application on the ODE secure district website. Please note that there is a one-day lag for changes to test records in Student Centered Staging (district edits or newly loaded records) to be available in the Warehouse applications (Assessment Warehouse Extract and Secure Assessment Reports 2.0). If you do not have access to Student Centered Staging, Assessment Warehouse Extract, or Secure Assessment Reports 2.0 applications, please contact your district security administrator.

There will be a Student Centered Staging Training WebEx on Wednesday, November 14 at 2 PM. This WebEx will focus on management of assessment data in Student Centered Staging (i.e., editing posted records; reviewing and correcting errors; applying administration codes).
