| Reminder: High School Entry Year Appeals Process |
All high school entry years (cohort years) entered in Cumulative ADM must match the high school entry year assigned to the student in SSID. If you enter an incorrect high school entry year in SSID, or discover that a student's previously assigned high school entry year is not correct, you will not be able to change the field in SSID yourself. Instead, you should complete the High School Entry Year Correction Template  , available via the Cumulative ADM Schedule of Due Dates page, and send it via secure file transfer to your Regional ESD partner  .
If you are not sure whether a student's high school entry year is correct, you should review the policies and clarifications available in the Cumulative ADM manual's "Clarification Regarding High School Entry Year" section. |
