Title III Annual Measurable Achievement Objectives (AMAOs) for 2012-13

The Title III team has received several requests for clarification of how the Flexibility Waiver approval may impact Title III programs for the 2012-13 school year. The Title III Annual Measurable Achievement Objectives (AMAOs) remain intact for the 2012-13 school year. ODE will review and likely revise the AMAO measures during the 2012-13 school year, leading eventually to the updated assessment. The ESEA requirements for Title III have not been waived - so schools and districts will need to proceed with high-quality, evidence-based programs that serve their ELLs to increased level of outcome success.
