ODE is accepting public comment on proposed changes in Oregon Administrative Rules (OAR) for early intervention and special education. ODE will accept these comments from Wednesday, September 12 through October 11 and will hold a public hearing these rules on September 26, 2012, at the Public Service Building, 255 Capitol St. NE, Salem, OR.
