Proposed changes in Oregon Administrative Rules (OAR) for early intervention and special education are open for public review beginning today, Monday, August 13, 2012. You can find copies of these proposed rules at: http://www.ode.state.or.us/search/results/?id=260.

ODE will accept written public comment between from September 12 through October 11 and will hold a public hearing these rules on September 26, 2012, at the Public Service Building, 255 Capitol St. NE, Salem, OR.
