| 2012 Updated Procedural Safeguards |
The July 2012 ODE Procedural Safeguards Notices are available in English at the following link. These versions replace any previous versions, and are aligned with the requirements of IDEA 2004, federal, and state regulations. We continue to make quantity determinations for distribution purposes based on child count numbers and send preliminary orders to each school district. Translations are in process and will be posted to the ODE website as soon as available. |
