Reminder: District Test Coordinator Training Schedule for 2012-13

Below is the 2012-13 schedule for the ODE-provided District Test Coordinator (DTC) Trainings.

DTCs must participate in this annual training; if a DTC does not participate in this training, the district may have their access to the OAKS system revoked.

Experienced DTCs	Aug. 16, 2012	9:00a - 11:00a PDT
New DTCs	Sept. 25, 2012	Noon - 4:00p PDT
Experienced DTCs	Sept. 27, 2012	2:00p - 4:00p PDT

ODE requires that all DTCs participate in one of these scheduled ODE-provided trainings, which will be conducted via WebEx. New district test coordinators who have not previously participated in an ODE-provided DTC training must attend one of the New DTC trainings; returning DTCs who have previously participated in an ODE-provided DTC training may attend either the New DTC or Experienced DTC training. To register for a training, DTCS must contact their Regional ESD Support Partner PDF

by August 1, 2012. DTCs who are unable to participate in one of these ODE-provided trainings must notify their regional ESD support partner by September 15, 2012 and make arrangements receive make-up training before assuming the duties of the DTC for the 2012-13 school year.
