Spring Paper-Based Writing Test Records Temporarily Unavailable

Test records from the spring 2012 paper-based writing window posted in the online reporting system and Student Centered Staging on June 26, 27, and 28 may have been attributed to the wrong students because of a scanning issue. ODE and its test vendor, American Institutes for Research (AIR) have removed these test records from the online reporting system, Student Centered Staging, and Assessment Warehouse Extract while ODE and AIR verify the accuracy of the data. Spring 2012 paper-based writing test records will be reposted as soon as this issue is resolved. ODE will provide a status update by noon on Friday (6/29). Any individual student reports with spring paper-based writing results that were produced this week should be rerun after the writing records have been reposted.

This issue affects paper writing tests taken during the spring 2012 window only. Results for paper and online tests taken during the winter 2012 writing windows are still available in the online reporting system and Student Centered Staging. In addition, results for online tests taken during the spring 2012 writing window are available in the online reporting system and Student Centered Staging; the remaining results for online spring tests will be posted as they are scored.

ODE and AIR apologize for this inconvenience at the close of the administrative year. If you have particular concerns, please contact your ESD Regional Assessment and Accountability Help Desk PDF.
