The Oregon Department of Education in collaboration with The New Teacher Center is offering Administrator Professional Development Opportunities: Coaching Leaders to Attain Student Success (CLASS) Training, Coaching Leaders to Attain Student Success (CLASS) Network Follow-Ups, and Improving Student Achievement (ISA) Through Teacher Observation and Feedback.
This training is a requirement for district personnel participating in the Oregon Mentoring Project; however, all districts are encouraged to send personnel who mentor/coach beginning educators.
