New Charter Schools and existing Charter Schools adding grades or changing addresses
Charter schools opening for the first time in the 2012-13 school year need to apply for an Institution ID with the Oregon Department of Education using the Institution/School Directory Update Form.

To update information such as charter school address or changes in grades offered - the school administrator needs to fill out an Institution/School Directory Update Form.
