Test Administration Codes Temporarily Lost on Non-Participation Virtual Assessment Records

Districts may have noticed the non-participation assessment records (also known as virtuals) temporarily lost the districts’ inserted Test Administration Codes (CalcAdmnCd) after the weekends of June 2 and June 9.

The test administration codes were recovered and reflected in Student Centered Staging downloads by Tuesday, June 12 and in the Assessment Warehouse downloads by Wednesday, June 13. The corrected assessment virtual records had an update date of Tuesday, June 12 around noon.
