Scores for students who completed the English Language Proficiency Assessment (ELPA) between March 1 and March 31, 2012 were posted in Student Centered Staging on the ODE secure district website on Wednesday, June 13. Individual Student Reports (ISRs), Class Rosters and Class Summary reports are available in the Secure Assessment Reports 2.0 application on the ODE secure district website. Please note that there is a one-day lag for changes to test records in Student Centered Staging (district edits or newly loaded records) to be available in the Warehouse applications (Assessment Warehouse Extract and Secure Assessment Reports 2.0). If you do not have access to Student Centered Staging, Assessment Warehouse Extract, or Secure Assessment Reports 2.0 applications, please contact your district security administrator.
District Test Coordinators may edit records in Student Centered Staging for students with disabilities by using administration codes (see the 2011-12 Test Administration Manual, Appendix J ). It is imperative for proper scoring of the ELPA that the District Test Coordinator confirms with the Test Administrator that the correct administration code that corresponds to the student’s IEP is entered in Student Centered Staging. Records with administration codes applied by June 15 will be rescored and have final scores available on June 18.
