Third Period Cumulative ADM Audit Review

The Third Period Cumulative ADM data collection will be opened for all districts to review the audit report and make corrections to the data submitted. The audit review period for the Third Period Cumulative ADM data collection is June 4 - 13, 2012. Districts do not need to submit a Request to Reopen Form during the audit review period.

Data from the Third Period Cumulative ADM is used in the AYP accountability reporting. It is important the data be corrected during this audit review process. Unresolved errors or new data that has been submitted and not audited will be sent to the district in a validation spreadsheet after the audit review period closes.
