Assessment Warehouse Extract Application Alert - May 24, 2012

Starting May 30 assessment data with updated accountability reporting flags and student demographics will be available through the Assessment Warehouse Extract (AWE) application.

The first major processing of 2011-2012 Assessment data, for the use in the upcoming accountability reports (such as AYP, Report Cards, and the new ESEA waiver), is scheduled to occur this weekend (5/25/12 – 5/28/12). During this processing, almost every 2011-2012 Assessment record will be updated. May 29 is scheduled for data quality checks to ensure updates were implemented correctly. Impact for users of the Assessment Warehouse Extract application:

Any Bulk Extracts and Regional Warehouse Extracts may be delayed, until the processing is completed.
All Incremental and Full extracts that have been scheduled or requested through the application may be significantly larger than normal for the 2011-2012 data.
