District Contacts for AYP and Report Card during Summer 2012

With the end of the year fast approaching, please make sure that you have contacted your Regional Support Partner PDF regarding summer schedules and contacts for testing coordinators. There will need to be someone available throughout the summer to submit, validate and correct data submissions and preview AYP and Report Card reports.

Please make sure that your Regional Support Partner has the following information for whoever will be responsible for data submissions and validations over the summer months:

    a) Who will be in charge over the summer? If there will be more than one point of contact, please indicate when each person will be available. Please ensure that there will be someone available throughout the summer.

    b) The name, email and phone number for any points of contact for the summer months.

    c) The name, email and phone number for a district staff person to be contacted in the event the test coordinator cannot be reached.

This information should be provided to your Regional Support Partner as soon as possible but must be submitted prior to schools closing for summer vacation.

Very small schools and districts that will need to submit additional data will be contacted by the end of May but may be proactive and call Cynthia Yee at 503-947-5780 for the AYP Additional Data Template.
