It appears we had an enhancement that interfered with some of the field’s ability to enter Extended Assessment data. We are working on a fix to this interference. In the meantime, to insure your Extended Assessment data are assigned to the correct institution, please review and follow these data entry steps:
- If you log into an institution, choose Extended Assessment and go through to the Student and School Information screen.
- The District and School ID fields are blank. If you do not select the institutions and then enter an SSID or student name it will return the student but if you click on the green checkmark you get the "Unable to Process the Page Request" web page.
- Populating the drop-downs then allows the person to continue on to the Extended Assessments page where you can submit their tasks.
