Beginning on April 2, students’ Writing responses will be available for download through the OAKS Online Reporting System as a PDF instead of as an image in the Web browser. PDF files can be downloaded for individual students as well as for batches of students. To avoid significant download times, AIR recommends that users avoid downloading batches of more than 20-30 student responses at a time (e.g., the size of a typical class roster). For instructions on downloading student responses, please refer to the Online Reports User Guide  .
