| Assessment Option for the Essential Skill of Reading |
During their March meeting, the State Board of Education adopted the Accuplacer Reading Comprehension assessment as an approved option for students to demonstrate proficiency in the Essential Skill of Reading, with an achievement standard (“cut score”) of 86. This assessment option is effective immediately.
