Meeting Notice - Talented and Gifted Education Task Force, January 23, 2012
Monday, January 23, 2012, 12:30-4:30 p.m.

The third meeting of the Talented and Gifted Education Task Force will be held in Salem, Oregon, at the Public Service Building, 255 Capitol Street NE, in Room 251B.

The Talented and Gifted Education Task Force will hear public comments beginning at 3:45 p.m. on Monday, January 23, 2012. Written comments may be submitted for consideration to the contact information listed below no later than 24 hours prior to the meeting. Each contributor appearing in person is limited to 3 minutes.

Public comments to the TAG Education Task Force should be related to the three charges of the Task Force specific to Senate Bill 330:
(a) The resources that are needed to provide instruction to talented and gifted children;
(b) The appropriate level of funding for instruction of talented and gifted children, including potential methods for providing funding; and
c) The number of children who would benefit from instruction of (as) talented and gifted children.
