Preview of Preliminary 2010-2011 School and District Report Cards - Action Requested

Report Cards are available for district preview on the secure web site (https://district.ode.state.or.us/apps/login/). A second preview is scheduled for September 29, 2011. It is essential for districts to review and validate all data elements displayed on the report card, specifically the non-rating data elements. Districts and schools can identify any errors by appealing on the secure web page. Appeals for changes to the District and School Report Cards will be accepted until September 29 at 5:00 PM.

A final preview is scheduled for Tuesday, October 4, which will reflect any data changes through September 30.

“How to Read” documents have been posted on the Report Card Tools page: http://www.ode.state.or.us/search/page/?=661. These How to Read guides explain the contents of each section of the elementary, middle, high school, and district level Report Cards.
