The annual fall mailing of the ODE Procedural Safeguards Notices is now complete. Generally, school districts and ESDs receive the booklets in 3 separate, staggered deliveries. If you have not received your copies by September 19, 2011, please contact department staff listed below for follow-up.
Reminder: The July 2011 ODE Procedural Safeguards Notices replace any previous versions, and are aligned with the requirements of IDEA 2004, federal, and state regulations. The only versions that school staff should use are the July 2011 versions posted here. |
