| Preliminary AYP Reports Released for District Preview - 2010-11 |
All school and district AYP reports are available for district preview on the District Secure website today, July 28. Preliminary AYP includes districts' data changes completed as of July 22 at 5 PM. To help districts review and interpret their AYP reports, visit the How to Review AYP Reports link: http://www.ode.state.or.us/initiatives/nclb/ayp/howtoreviewacbtyrpts.pdf  .
No appeals will be accepted unless the issue qualifies as a "substantive appeal" as outlined in the 2010-11 AYP Policy and Technical Manual , page 26. Substantive appeals are due by August 19 at noon, and additional details can be found at: http://www.ode.state.or.us/search/page/?=218.
