Growth, Report Cards, and the Cohort Rate

On August 3, Jon Wiens provided a workshop at the Superintendent’s Summer Institute that outlined the Growth Model, the new school Report Card rating formula, and the new Cohort Graduation Rate. ODE has begun the work of assigning students to the 2008-09 cohort. Districts will be receiving emails regarding the validation process for the 08-09 cohort in the coming days. Please stay tuned for more information.
