With some schools and districts closing early for summer, please make sure your district has notified your Regional ESD partner  about who will be responsible to submit, validate and correct data submissions and preview the AYP and Report Card reports if the district test coordinator is planning to be out during the summer months. Very small schools and districts that will need to submit additional data will be contacted by the end of May but may be proactive and call Cynthia Yee at 503-947-5780 for the AYP Additional Data Template.
