Appeals Submission

To submit an appeal, go to the District Secure Website, https://district.ode.state.or.us/apps/login/, go to Applications, select Report Card/AYP, choose the institution you would like to review, select "School & District AYP Detail PDF" or "School RC Detail PDF". You will now be able to view the reports. If you would like to submit an appeal, type specific details regarding the appeal in the Comment box and click Appeal.
