Pre-preliminary AYP is scheduled for release on June 4. The data processing takes about 12 hours to complete and requires approximately 3 days of QC to ensure each of the complicated routines run successfully.
Pre-preliminary AYP will be re-run and re-posted by June 17 and will incorporate all data changes to Student Staging, LEP, Spring Membership and ADM as of midnight June 13. We anticipate re-running and re-posting approximately every 2 weeks until the release of preliminary AYP scheduled for district preview July 31.
