Due to the number of corrections received, ODE staff have extended to June 8 the validation window for staff FTE, teacher characteristics, self-contained class size, and classes taught by highly qualified teachers. The validation for all other data elements in the spring window closed May 25.
Each school district has the opportunity to check the data elements used on school and district report cards to ensure those data are accurate. At the close of the validation window, ODE staff will assume that the data describing all schools and districts are correct. The Department will publish, on school and district report cards, data included at the end of the validation window. Staff cannot honor data corrections requests made outside the validation window and will not grant requests to republish report cards to incorporate data changes made outside of that timeframe.
