Thought you were done with the Consolidated Staff Collections? Did you...
- fix all errors?
- fix, save, and accept all warnings?
- delete error and warning files from Housekeeping?
- check the verification report to make sure the number of records posted to the ODE system equals the number of records you submitted?
- request a Production Download and save it on your computer for reference?
If you haven’t done every one of these things, you are NOT finished. Many schools and districts still have errors and warnings pending, or files sitting in housekeeping that need to be deleted.
Please include this in your Report Card Validation efforts.
