This spring’s report card data validation window is May 3-25. During this window, districts will validate staff FTE, teacher characteristics, self-contained class size, classes taught by highly qualified teachers, and district financial information as well as school Title I status. District validation of staff and class size data is especially important this year since these data come from district submissions in the new Consolidated Staff Collections format.
To validate the data, go to ODE’s district website https://district.ode.state.or.us/apps/login/ and select Report Card/AYP. This validation was addressed in the April 19 videoconference available at
