The Oregon Department of Education (ODE) has opened the Request for Proposal (RFP) for its Title IIB MSP grant program for the 2014-17 funding cycle. New partnerships may apply for a three-year grant for their research projects. A total of $4.5 million over three years (~$1.5 million per year) will be awarded for new grantees in the following areas:

- Option 1: Development of Rigorous College- and Career-Ready Curricular Materials in Mathematics and/or Science
- Option 2: Provide professional development that supports the expansion of programs to develop subject specific mathematics and/or science content specialists in kindergarten through grade 8 level
